EcomeEgo is by far the largest group of budget accommodation for Canton Fair.

With a complete list of hotel, dormitory and all sorts of accommodation in Pearl River Delta, which is 2 hr. within the venue of Canton Fair, our aim is to be the number one site for budget business traveler, especially those visitors of Canton Fair.

Price can be as low as US$10 per night in dormitory accommodation. The low end of overnight fee is US$30 per room and the type of accommodation ranges from sofa in sauna center, to dormitories  to double rooms with private bathrooms.

Costs are low because we cater for travelers who care about value.
So, don’t expect room service, fluent English speaking staff, instead, we are just trying to help you to stretch your travelers budget to the Nth degree.

Some operator would offer free shuttle bus to Canton Fair venue. This is quite important, especially if you are staying in cities other than Guangzhou, which is quite inconvenient if you need to change the bus in city center.
Also, the seats may be limited and do not always run at your preferred schedule.

Bookings

One of the dilemma for Canton Fair visitors are: is it necessary to make advance  bookings?
This is not easy to answer.
Since the room rate for many hotel would fluctuate in the month of the fair.  Say, for Autumn  Canton Fair, usually the price would fluctuate  a lot in October.
According to some experience, if the room cannot be sold out ,then in last minute, hotel would offer very attractive discount, maybe even just charging the normal room rate in non Canton Fair period.
Yet, as no one knows the no. of visitors in particular fair, you may risk not able to book any room.

Besides, usually, room rate for the first session, say, Oct 15-20 would be much higher, maybe roughly30% higher than the second session. 

So, if you do not mind to fix everything in last minute, and you do not have tons of luggage, then maybe you can find bargain in last minute.

Of course, if you would like to put your mind at ease, it is still recommended to book in advance. 

Yet, of course, you may encounter language problem, as most of the budget accommodation in China do not have decent English speaking person, or maybe they do not check email on regular basis. 
In view of this situation, we, EcomeEgo would help you to bridge the language barrier, and help you to make the booking, if you encounter any problems.
