You will be excited when immersed in the sea of bargains of fine quality, but you may not be used to the Chinese experience of “Crowded”, pushing yourself into the shop full of people driven mad by the big sales, nudging your way out with bags of goods. Also, you can find an open exhibition of ancient bricks underground, and all kinds of Cantonese snack food in the stalls. Moreover, if you come here during the Chinese New Year, the Flower Market here, which is the Cantonese custom to sell flowers and arts and crafts in stalls, should be definitely on your must-go list. Now let’s zoom in to see more details about this amazing street.

The street houses two department stores, Grandbuy and Xindaxin, where sells high-class international branded goods at about $50, hundreds of shops selling mid-end clothes and shoes, scores of eats stalls and restaurants, one replica leather goods wholesale market (太白鞋业皮具城) and one Libai Alley (named after an ancient Chinese poet) selling decors. Most of the goods here are mid-range, which ranges from $4 to $40. The brands of clothes and footwear sold here are primarily Chinese, including Hong Kong, like Giordano, Baleno, Ebase, Yishion, Bally, MeiDick, etc. You can also find foreign branded sports goods in the Taobo Sports Goods City (滔博运动城). Except the franchise stores, you can bargain everywhere, so prepare the skill before you set off. If you are interested in Chinese temple, Ancient Dafo Temple (大佛古寺), just on the next street, is somewhere you can get some fresh idea about the Chinese incense and prayers.
